Emma has always had a love of people, from a young age wanting to help people who are in pain or struggling through life, she started as a beauty and massage therapist at the age of 16, Emma went on to lecture massage and holistic therapies in colleges. Emma completed her Personal Trainer qualification and spent several months in Thailand where she learnt to practice and teach the tradition art of Thai massage and other healing systems such as Tox-sen, walk on massage ( included in retreat) Emma studied Reiki, Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga in India, she has assisted and taught on a number of teacher training courses in India and is grateful to all her teachers both in the U.K and India, she has a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Emma specialises in injuries and adjustments and rehabilitation, her practices are strong yet gentle at the same time bringing a spiritual, hollistic twist to each asana practice.
