This is the perfect way to deepen and develop your personal practice, If you are a beginner afraid of being in a mixed ability class or if you feel you are not reaching your full potential in a class and want more or something a little different, if you are suffering with pain, injury, stress or other emotional disorders, if your busy lifestyle doesn’t match class time schedule then this is for you!
I will tailor your session specifically to each individual strengthening your weak areas and improving your strengths, working out a practice perfect for you. I will give you a routine you can follow daily at home.
On line yoga sessions and plans are also available.
